General

  • Awujo is a space for everyone to enjoy. Any behavior that disrupts others or makes anyone feel unsafe will not be tolerated and will result in removal from the space. Let's keep it positive!
  • Promotional discounts and class credits cannot be combined. Each discount applies to a single full-priced class only.

Group Classes

Refunds

  • Full payment is required before your cohort begins.
  • We cannot offer refunds after this deadline.
  • Once you attend the first class, no refunds will be issued for the remainder of the session.
  • We cannot refund individual classes you miss, but we offer resources to help you keep up.

Class Changes and Transfers:

  • If you need to withdraw after the registration deadline, we are happy to transfer you to another class of the same level if space is available.
  • If a transfer is not possible, your payment may be applied as credit toward a future cohort.

Low Enrollment Scenarios:

  • If a class has low enrolment, we may need to cancel, reschedule, combine it with another group, or shorten the number of classes.
  • If your class is affected, you can transfer to a different class or receive a full refund.

Make-Up Classes:

  • We cannot guarantee make-up classes for missed sessions. All class recordings are added to your student portal.

1:1 Lessons

Each 1:1 pack includes 8 sessions. Once purchased, you schedule your sessions at your own pace whenever you are ready. Your pack expires within 2 months of purchase.

Refunds:

  • You may request a full refund before your first session. Once your first session has taken place, your pack is non-refundable.

Grace Credits:

  • Each pack includes 2 grace credits.
  • A grace credit is used when you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of a session or do not show up.
  • Grace credits accommodate unexpected situations without penalty.
  • Once both grace credits are used, future late cancellations or no-shows will result in that session being forfeited.

Ba Mi Soro

Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations and no-shows will forfeit that session.

Events

Refunds

  • To receive a full refund on your event ticket, submit your request at least 2 days before the event. We cannot offer refunds after this deadline.

Photography and Filming

  • We capture the excitement of our events through photos and videos. By attending, you are giving us permission to use these images in our marketing materials. If you would rather not be included, please let an Awujo team member or the photographer know.
